On my gaming X rig I have Mem clock at +825 , core at +100 and power limit at 50 They all run at 24.5 Mh at 95W

Have you try to measure the actual power consumption through plug monitor like "Kill a Watt".
As I made some tests before, sometime ccminer reports not really correctly about power.
Also, you should lower down your power limit, for all of my rigs, I set it in the range of 80-85%, and 90% for ETH mining.

anyone pls help, i am using 1060 gamingx with default setting mem 0, core 0 but ccminer shows that it cost 145w, i have the other 1060 asus but it only 92w with same setting. tks

Firstly, I wouldn't put too much faith in the power readings shown by ccminer, although the difference does appear to be significance.

What utilities are you using to adjust clock settings and power limits?

i am using msi after burner for all vga, i have 3 kinds of 1060 : asus strix , asus dual , msi gaming x but this issue only happen on gamingx
