Your reasons are already enough to convince yourself on not to engage such bounty project. When you don't saw things which would really convince you then you should pass and look for another project. Any projects should really be transparent even a gambling-based ICO shall show some either a glimpse of proposed project. Common sense will able to tell on what you gonna suppose to do.

This is not a SCAM accusation to start with.

I want to participate in bounty project for https://neogame.io/en but I am not able to come to understand whether its a genuine project or not.

Reasons I am not sure-
1. No Team Details provided(On asking from bounty manager he says those details are kept personal since its a gambling project and he is only person in contact with team)
2. Not able to find any working product from there website.

Someone please help me to understand whether the project is legitimate enough to participate in there bounty or not.
