RESOLVED SOLUTION:

-clear out pool, save, reboot
-instead of typing in pool url and typing in username and password,
--I opened the wallet and copied the address from a different computer and emailed the address to miner via gmail
--I opened gmail on miner and copied from gmail and pasted into miner dashboard
--I rentered the password with keyboard
--I opened the ckpool website and copied the url from a said different computer and emailed the address to miner via gmail
--I opened gmail on miner and copied and pasted from email into miner dashboard
--I applied clicking check box, then saved which then rebooted miner
--Miner dashboard now shows correct Pools > Status > Active

Inputs:
-Pool: stratum+tcp://solo.ckpool.org:3333
-Username: wallet address
-Password: x

Requested link check now shows correctly:
https://solo.ckpool.org/users/bc1qrmv0zeugw97zl2mj3my4estnqwfhfmys79jpxc

Pool Status shows correct now, updating as goes:
Pools, under Status, says inactive, hash rate 2.73 diff 2183, sent 294, Acc 292, Rej 4

Lessons:
*when coping and pasting the Pools dashboard still stated required fields, but I saved and applied anyway.
**keyboard appears to input to, or be received by, miner incorrectly even when fields are visually verified as correct inputs.  Mouse copy > paste details worked.
***multiple reboots, clearing fields out, and manually rendering and applying and reboots did not solve.  Mouse copy > paste, of details, was required.

Note: last share indicated 17 days ago on screenshots due to buying device second hand and does not relate to my setup but former user.  Device was not functioning correctly post transfer of device to me so ignore.  Was evidently functional for former owner.

//Thank you to the community for the support and helping me learn how this works for fun.  Good luck to you.

1.) The provided site with btc address inputed says:

https://solo.ckpool.org/users/bc1qrmv0zeugw97zl2mj3my4estnqwfhfmys79jpxc

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu) Server at solo.ckpool.org Port 443

2.) On Device: Status, says inactive, hash rate 0.00 diff 10000, sent 0, Acc 0, Rej 0

Still trying to figure out why Miner > Dashboard > Pools > Status: inactive
Ideas?  Thank you.

Crypto Swap Exchange
When you go on:  solo.ckpool.org/users/your_BTC_address , do you see any active hashrate?

You say your ASIC is hashing despite the fact of having an offline pool status, strange. Does it show any accepted / rejected shares in your mining stats?

RESOLVED

Hello.  Why is my pool status saying inactive?

I'm enjoying playing with the miner product the Futurebit Apollo hashing 3.44 Th/s and setup with the url solo.ckpool.org:3333 and the username my bitcoin address only.  The Dashboard, under Pools, under Status, says inactive, hash rate 0.00 diff 10000, sent 0, Acc 0, Rej 0.  The node dashboard says 10/32 connections and is syncing blocks 71.8%.  The miner is online, it is hashing fine.

Do you know why the pool status says inactive?  Is it just burning electricity?  Is this setup right?  I followed guides and the images say pools inactive status then the other images later in the guide simply say pools active status.  My Apollo never says pools active status.  It's been on for about 1 day.  I rebooted it and it's on 5 hours now.

Miner dashboard screenshot:

How can I make it go into pools status active?  Does it have to fully sync first?

Thank you.
