Messing around with cryptocurrencies and crypto exachanges is very risky. You are a single mom with two kids?!?Really? Why do you wanna risk your savings?Only invest money that you can afford to lose.
Never trsut any crypto exachange platform and never deposit big amounts of crypto in any exchange platform.

Hmm, I don't think sure you can get your BTC back from your exchanger. Contact your exchanger support not guarantee can fix your problem. I'm sure they can't recover back the stolen of million dollars asset from hackers.

I'm sure not only you who lost your assets but many people who using this exchange also has the same problem with you...

your account with some service was hacked. so logically there are only two scenarios.
1. it was your fault, for example you didn't have a strong password, or you used the password on another site that stole it, you didn't have 2FA,... in which case there is nothing you can do about it. learn from your mistake and try to not repeat it next time.
2. it was the exchange fault. this is rarely the case but it happens when there was a security flaw in the platform you were using that led to the hack. for this you should have had a strong password, enabled 2FA and took other security measures... in which case you should ask the exchange to solve your problem although i doubt they will accept their mistakes.

You can try to reach exchange support. They may assist to you. I don't think that they will do something but I  think you should try.

Get in contact with some cybersecurity business or programmers who can track the info and maybe spot the thief.

Hacken maybe would do such a thing. Here a link to the web: https://hacken.io/

And the link to Telegram, maybe this is the place to ask: https://t.me/hacken_en

But is a difficult task if the thief is fast and accurate.

I wish all luck.

immediately contact the link given by our friend, so that hackers can still monitor the movement, if you process it for a long time, you will lose track of hackers who take your bitcoin, to all those crypto asset holders in order to increase wallet security, so that this kind of thing happens, hopefully your assets can be returned and this is a lesson for us to be alert and careful in this crypto world

It is a very sad situation. The stolen amount is also serious. I hope you find a way, but in decentralized systems this is not easy. I think we all have to be more careful.

While I hope you do get your Bitcoin back, I fear that unless you can prove the exchange was in some way negligent (and I suspect they may well say you were the negligent party, knowing you haven't the resources to take them on) then you have very little chance of getting them back i'm afraid. Have a look at some of the other posters suggestions regarding  tracking the hacker down, but even if you do find them how will you get them back?

Since it's an exchange ,then I think you should get in touch with the exchange support and lodge a complaint to them.  They should know or have an insight of how this is done and they will definitely know how to rise to such issue.

I suggest you report this incident to the exchange party that you use because I believe the exchange party will take full responsibility for that and I think that is the best solution and you should not be too worried because this can be solved even though it takes a long time.
patient because of all the problems I believe there will be a solution.
if the exchange party cannot give you responsibility you can find a hacker who can take your bitcoin back, of course you have to find a very smart hacker.

You mentioned that your BTC were hacked from an exchange? In this case, you have to contact the exchange for help. It will be better if you can share more about how did the hacker get access to your account. Was it your or the exchange negligent?

sorry mom

this is a decentralized system, so i don't think if that could be possible because everyone is responsible to protect your system or even you could activate your 2FA for safe trading.
