Ahh ok I got the Idea, Yeah I should consider every entry.
Idea Is that There should be a threash hold to activate these devices like Noise or hearbeat rate or both. When it will reach that thresh hold these devices activated. So in this case these devices will work for only to the one who is harassing by harasser. Because harasser heart beat or vioce will never reach this thresh hold.
 

Bro no offence to you at all.But the way OP is acknowledging my ideas is quite biased I feel.You tell me, what could be a possible scenario of the harasser wearing the same product as mentioned in my ideas? Like very rare right ? But since he has questioned I had to answer it anyway.I totally understand that this is a competition and hence every idea should be acknowledges or judged on the same criteria.Or if you don't like the idea at all,you can just say I don't like it instead of coming up with lines that barely makes sense. 

You have missed the fact that the defendant is wearing glasses. And helmet? That's a rare scenario while if the abuser is wearing glasses, it won't be as power as the laser glasses.

I know that you are unhappy that your ideas have been question but this is a contest and only one person will win. I have also lost contests but there's no point arguing for it. Just have sportsman's spirit.

According to OP ,what if the harasser if wearing the same glasses ?What if the wearer focuses on his girlfriend wearing the same ? Also,there are chances of the harasser wearing a helmet right ?

My second product is:

Laser Glasses. With this product, the wearer needs to focus his/her eyes on the physical abuser and a light will be emitted from the glasses which will cause irritation in the eyes of the abuser. This only works if the abuser is within a particular range from the defendant and the reaction lasts for few minutes which can help the defendant escape.

In that case no matter what your device is,if the harasser is wearing the same obviously it will hurt.You agree upon the shoe idea right ? What if the harasser is wearing the same shoes? If some country buys a nuke weapon as its power which will be threat to other countries but what if even the other countries buy the nuke? Your statement barely makes sense ,if you just have to ignore the ideas please come up with something logical.

If the harasser is wearing the Jacket or similar thing How it will be going to heart Him? Is there anything special that im unable to understand? Please let me know with more detail

This one for today : A taser wire belt! The belt comprises of small circuit which shoots a taser wire with shock! The taser is designed to fire straight at the harasser.You can wear the belt like your casual belts but when you're in extreme situations you can simply fire the taser frm your belt by pressing a wireless switch which you wear as a ring.The taser fires straight with two wire pins and also the same circuit could be used to fire from the back part of the belt.

First off, even if its activated how can it harm you ? The pins always pop out in the opposite direction and as said it has manual buttons to switch it off and on,right?Moreover I could have a switch to turn off the jacket completely like when you're playing you don't need a jacket but when you're walking home alone on a dark night,you certainly need one!

It studies the "frequency/amplitude of the waves" there is sure a different shift in the frequency when you're with your girlfriend or when you're in trouble.This also depends on your blood pressure so we can set the threshold values accordingly by analyzing the frequencies of your body when you're scared or in trouble.

I think in most of the cases we can deactivate it when its activated without any need which mostly won't happen.Like you know how air bags work right ? They don't pop out when sudden braked or some small drfit only when the crash is detected it comes out the similar way we can implement here.

There is problem, It is not implementable.

Because as you said it will be activates when there is sudden movement of body, Like are many other sudden movement like when you are playing, when their is DOG behind you  it will be activated and harm you, and in this time no need of activation 

Secondly same is the case with the Heart beat, Heart beat become high when you have any problem or when your girl friend is with you  or any other case it will be activated and harm your gf

How to use the Jacket?
The jacket is nothing but a simple two coated under wearable light weight cloth.The jacket comes with half and full selves options for purchase.Simply wear the jacket inside your T-shirt/Shirt/Dress/almost anything and everything.YEAH that's all just wear the jacket and you're safe guarded!


How the jacket works?
The jacket comes with attached with two sensors
1.Piezo electric sensor [Detecting the sudden moment of the body]
2.Microsoft's next-generation Kinect sensor [Detecting the heart beat rate]

Method 1:
When you come across a threat or your body is subjected to an action like sudden push or sudden grab ,the 1st sensor(piezo electric sensor ) detects this movement of the body and activates the jacket.
On activating the jacket, mini pins which are very sharp and strong comes out from the jacket facing the opposite side of the body.Now when the threat tries to touch you or grab you ,he is subjected to the pins first!When the threats hands comes in contact with the pins,they will obviously pierce through your outer shirt into his part of the body which tries to touch you.
Since the pins are strongly fixed on the second layer of the jacket ,there is no harm to the body as the pins will never ever come in contact with the opposite direction which is of the body.
The pins pop-out from the entire surface of the jacket viz front and the back.The harasser cannot touch you with bare hands or legs as the moment he tries to harm you he'll have to face the Deadly Pins first!

Method 2:
When due to threat your heart beat rate increases ,the Kinect sensor activates this jacket.Kinect is a very powerful sensor for detecting hear beat rates.If a particular threshold rate  passes ,the jacket is activated which after that acts like the same mentioned in Method 1!

The Jacket comes with small rechargeable batteries which goes in the back of the jacket.The jacket is light weight and extremely portable to carry .It comes with a manual switch to turn on the pins or off the pins as well.

What are the possible damages to me while wearing it ?
If the victim touches you,the pins will pierce him through your outer Tshirt/shirt which will destroy the Tshirt by making holes into it .Sad that your lovely Tshirt has to compromise its life to save yours!.But hey you can always buy a new one!
