Just keep in mind that the eeprom holds tuning information (chip frequencies & voltage) that was set at the factory, so although copying the data from the working eeprom may enable the board to work, it may end up operating well below optimal performance.

Block halving is coming.
Just adding this I forgot to tell you about this after replacing or if the replacement of hashboard does not work.
Use the code editor will help to copy the working EEPROM to another hashboard.

Usually, this tool is used for changing the serial number to make your hashboard work in your miner.

Have some beaten T17+ 58t units
when connect to the pool I see only one hashboard working,
I opened them and changed the hashboards using the one that's supposed to work from each on one unit but when I turn it on
is only one board working again when I check the machine...
any recommendations on what I might be doing wrong much appreciated
 thanks!

the boards have serial numbers and will not mix and match from different cases.

If you are usa based I have a repair guy that may help you.

LoL just took apart 5 units completely to put in my immersion pool and mixed all the boards up while cleaning them...and i stand at the other side of the pond

any info and tips much welcomed many thanks!!!

It's hard to troubleshoot without the kernel logs if you can able to copy the whole kernel logs from your miner and post it here maybe we can see the issue.

I suggest you read this "Most Common Mining Issues, Read Before Making a New Post."

If the solution does not work from that link then try this.

- Upgrade the miner to the latest version
- Try to replace or temporary use the PSU from other units
- Try to replace the ribbon cable and the metal from PSU from known working units.
- Test again and let see any changes and take note for kernel logs and post it here with insert code tag.
