Do you mind telling us how did you get them?

I doubt he is going to tell the truth anyhow.
So he has cards with funds, with names and the security code from three different countries and he wants to buy bitcoin with them.

The obvious choice if the cards are physical is to withdraw from a bank ATM and buy coins from a BATM, without asking for help and paying for.
Since he hasn't considered this solution it means he has the info but not the plastic.
Which can mean only one thing, that is stolen cards.

Anyone trying to 'help" be careful, I've seen enough scam where they offer to buy for you things at 50% or 25% from shops and you pay them in bitcoins. There will be a chargeback, you won't get anything and your bitcoins are gone

Probably not, but it is good practice anyway. One, if you plan to trade with them it covers your ass if there is ever an investigation. Two, con artist's stories are usually full of inconsistencies. The more questions you ask the more they tell you like it or not.

Since knowledge is free im only doing this for educational purposes. You should firstly check if it has any amount in it then you'll probably be wasting your time and if you're gonna use it most probably the owner already freeze the credit card so it wont be use for malicious intent and worse you'll get caught and face charges.
If you still want to continue, first is test the card through buying stuff online, the more info you have the better.

The fact that the cards are from different countries, don't have your name, and you're even willing to pay money to get help to use them makes me think that these cards were obtained illegally. Do you mind telling us how did you get them?
Me this fact is also very alarming. It can be assumed that a person is a traveler or lives in these three countries, but all these problems associated with such a fairly simple operation + finding a completely anonymous way to buy, suggest very bad thoughts.

OP, if the card details aren't yours, are you 100% sure that transacting with them would be legal in the sense do you know whose cards are those, like relative or friends? You might want to use localbitcoins you can find a credit card trader easily. You might also buy gift cards with the card like amazon and sell them for btc. Or you can withdraw cash from atms using the cards and use the cash to load in your bank and buy BTC Smiley

Cards are not expired.. Cards are not blocked..
Then as long as you know the card holders name and his/her address, and the cards number and cv2 are still clear and there then you can use them on any online transaction.

Any website that are not asking for ID verification??? I tried many but all of them ask for ID
Yeah, all website will ask id verification if you're going to buy bitcoin with fiat. If someone offered it to you via p2p make sure its not a scammer

Edit: I guess you can do that with localcrypto using paypal and banktransfer

They are not expired... They are valid credit cards, not virtual credit card
Watch out! There are probably many users who will try to send you a private message just to scam you and steal your funds.Don't give anyone your sensitive information.
You can check out these sites if you want to buy bitcoin with credit card:
https://www.binance.com/en/buy-Bitcoin
https://99bitcoins.com/buy-bitcoin/credit-card/
https://coingate.com/buy/credit-card
Good luck!

You mean all of them are already expired? Then there's no way it can proceed to pay, all of them will be declined when attempted to use for payment.

Are these VCCs? You can give Bitit.io a try. You should be able to buy up to 1500 EUR per week without the need of verifying your identity.

If you're willing to go through the KYC process (Venezuela may not be supported), you can try: CEX.io or Coinmama.
