probably should have replied to you in the personal message that you sent me but i am new to this site so i apologize for that

i don't like wasting people's time because i know how it feels so i figured sending that amount was above average.

again i totally appreciate your time on my behalf

i'd like to find a wallet that has an app for the apple iphone as well as pc/web based.
You can see most trusted wallets here:  https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet
I will suggest you use mycelium wallet on your phone . I never encounter problem with it and my transactions were nwvwr stuck because it automatically computes the sufficient fee for every transaction.  It's available on android and ios afaik.
For desktop I suggest Electrum.
Blockchain is never a really trustable wallet for me so you better leave that.
If you want a wallet which is avail in pc and mobile there is copay: https://copay.io/ and greenaddress:  https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/greenaddressit/dgbimgjoijjemhdamicmljbncacfndmp Both have also a web wallet so you can use it the same way as blockchain.info.

i would like to be able to tip someone who can not only help me with these 2 transactions but moving forward with all of my bitcoin related issues.

i can afford to have these transactions stay unconfirmed till about 7 days from now so hopefully nothing gets stuck past that.

i'd like to find a wallet that has an app for the apple iphone as well as pc/web based.

how much is a good amount to give someone to help me about an hour a month or less?

I know a lot of you here are of very very high intelligence with no patience for the average guy like but i'd like to find the patient guy who can explain to me in basic terms if possible.

I have a $3000 instant buy limit with coinbase but i'm not going to do anything till i find a good wallet suitable for my needs since i don't think i can trust the blockchain wallet anymore.

Anyone you know of that would be good to get in contact with for my concerns?  thanks

Your fee on the second txn is more than enough to get your transaction confirm. Usually I send my txn with the same amount of fee and only takes me about an hour to get confirmed. Anyway, try accelerating your transaction using https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ . It may help to get your transaction confirmed soon.

EDIT: Did it for you. Expect to get it confirmed on the next block that viabtc will mine.

https://blockchain.info/tx/05c3efd34206de4c17b87d1c0b4e579b34e6b3bb0afbf7d72a16401cc53fcc91

sent this from my blockchain wallet almost 32 hours ago and i realized the fee was too low

https://blockchain.info/tx/a4dc875026bbd83c7ccce1393a576c2fb487a69fa7f476ff06e77cfbaa251ae1

sent this from my blockchain wallet 18 hours ago as an experiment

Through both of these transactions i realized that certain wallets are not good to go from here on out including the blockchain wallet that i have been using.

Can you please explain to me what might be going on and possibly get my transactions confirmed?  The highest i have ever waited was 37 hours for a confirmation.

I hope that i can find someone to help me out, thank you.
