All the right answers and advice from the participants of the discussion You have already received, as I understand. I also use the services of this exchange, but not in such volumes. However, this is disturbing news for everyone! I wonder if You received your funds on the Bitforex exchange?

It's been seven days after OP last login. Maybe he solved this problem and got his USDT or he just gave up trying to get his money back.

I've been using this exchange several times and I've more or less similar issues, like pending withdrawal and then I need to contact their live support. It's a painful experience and I'd rather not use this exchange anymore.

I decided not to risk my money and today withdrew my funds from this exchange to the last penny. Since I kept my investment there for a long time, I should have done it sooner. Now I'm calm!

Only Bitforex staff can help you. Did you send the emails manually to [email protected]? If yes, try sending one ticket via https://support.bitforex.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and select "Help with Deposits" as issue. Though it's worrisome if you are not hearing anything from them yet, I still suggest that you don't flood them with emails/tickets.

If after this you still prefer to send from an exchange to another exchange, it's okay,  but be sure to do a test transction with a small amount before sending out the rest of the coins/tokens.

Is sending from exchange to exchange slower/riskier or something?

Yes at some of the cases to the point that it can be considered as unexpected bug. Already received on the right wallet address but doesn't reflected for viewing. Happened that several times to me on a small exchanges but after I notified the support, it reflected to my wallet later on.

I deposited some xrp (from wallet and exchange) into my bitforex account previously and it arrived pretty quickly. No issues whatever. I have never had an issue sending from exchange to exchange so i didn't anticipate something like this could happen.

You just need to extend your patience since previous transaction was smooth. No choice but to ask nicely the support even how mad we are.

I sent them countless emails and got crickets.

What do you mean by here literally? What responses you have received by now.

Hope this case will be solved. After that get out from that exchange.

first thank you for your input.

"In future don't send coins or fund between exchanges instead withdraw to your personal wallet then fund the new exchange."

I n addition to above if amount is too big the do the transactions in chunk. Like first send about 1K amount of token, trade and withdraw to your personal wallet and then again send 1 K and repeat the process. (Avoid sending all token/coins in one go.)

Quoting your images for visibility.
Sorry about the ordeal

- Is it your first time using the exchange? You could as well provide the link you used so that we may know if it's the right exchange.
Seems to be the right exchange according to the address in the screenshot

- Support through email usually takes long, have you tried contacting them through other ways like telegram?
If you have not please try contacting admins through here: https://t.me/BitForexEnglish

Please, PM only admins strictly to avoid scammers getting your details.

Well, now I know that it's better to go from wallet to exchage.

From the images provided I can see you sent to the correct USDT address and your USDT should had been in your exchange wallet by now although I don't know how many confirmation bitforex needs to accepts USDT deposit but a 3days period should had be ok to receive enough confirmed for that. The only option now is to try harder untill you get a response from their support team. If the opening of support tickets isn't getting their attention try via their social media platforms like Twitter and telegram.

PS: In future don't send coins or fund between exchanges instead withdraw to your personal wallet then fund the new exchange. I have lost some token before due to the same issue. Some exchange don't accept fund from smart contract. although it might not be the same issue with yours so try to get a response from support only them can help you since from your end you did everything right.

hi,

im new so im not sure if this post belongs in this section or not. anyways, I need your help. This regards the Bitforex exchange.

A few days ago, i sent 4.5k usdt from binance to bitforex. with binance being the professionals they are, my withdrawal only took around 5 minutes to process. Then I checked  and got the confirmed status of the transaction after 100+ confirmations.

It's been over 48 hours, going on day 3 now, and still NO USDT on my bitforex account. I sent them countless emails and got crickets.

STAY AWAY FROM BITFOREX.

What can I do about my situation? Please, 4.5k usd isn't just peanuts. Any advice would help. Iam really freaking out about this situation.
