If you're using Windows, go to %appdata% and search for Electrum. I would recommend you to make a backup just in case you need something in it in the future. After that, delete the %appdata%/Electrum and run Electrum again. You should be back at the screen, select Standard Wallet and it should be fine for you.
Hello, I'm in the learning phases trying to figure out how to use multisig on electrum. I didn't really know what I was doing when running setup so I chose 2of3 multisig. Now I can't complete the setup because I don't have 2 more master public keys. I tried uninstalling electrum and reinstalling but it just jumps to the same spot.
