Figured it out. Had to type the Interest formula manually instead of referencing another cell.

Did you forget to use "$" to make the reference cell absolute?  I.E.  $A$1 instead of A1

That way the same cell will always be used.

Yeah I used that symbol to freeze the values that were going to stay the same, but I must have forgot to freeze the cell I was referencing. I think it just wasn't in the right format.

Thats great sometimes the best way to learn is by trial and error,  now don't forget to document what you did.

I would move thread over to services.  That is really where you hire jobs and offer jobs.

You will find more people for jobs over there.

How  is one suppose to help you ? Like through skype or do the work for you ? I'am sure this shady thread won't be enough for the explanation.I can give you a few suggestions though:

Download the ebook free :http://dl.upforfree.com/ebooks/Excel-Formulas-and-Functions-Fo-%20Dummies-3rd-Edition-ebooksfeed.com.pdf

This ebook has basically everything you need, just do the hard work of turning around the pages

Visit the youtube video and channel : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UI0gnZZHF1k He explains all the basics .Not exactly the stuff you wanted but you will get an idea .
Thank me later : )
