The problem with unconfirmed transactions is only because low fee? or any other reason? I'm use online wallet coinbase and i'm never get problem so far and i want to use electrum for future, What the best fee to get fast confirmation based on amount i sent?

There are other reasons why a transaction can take so long to confirm but low fee is the most common one.
The best fee changes all the time according to the number of unconfirmed transactions and it have very little to do with the amount of bitcoins you're sending. The fee should increase with the transaction size in bytes.

Edit:
The transaction just got confirmed.

When you use a wallet like Electrum (as opposed to Coinbase), you have control over the transaction fees you set.
The higher your fee is, the faster the transaction will confirm.

Nowadays, the default fee is sometimes not enough to make the transaction confirm quickly.
The coins should show up, your transaction has been recorded. Fee is simply not high enough to be considered valid yet.

You paid a fee of 50.295859 Satoshis per byte which is slightly low at this time.

If you go to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ and look at the chart, you will see that it could take anywhere from 5 to infinity blocks to confirm based on the fee you paid. Presently there are 61 thousand unconfirmed transactions on the network which us unusually high.
Don't worry, eventually the 61k unconfirmed transaction backlog will subside and your transaction will go through.  The backlog never usually stays that high for very long.

You have sent the bitcoins but the transaction is still unconfirmed because of the low fee of 50 sats per byte. You might want to use the dynamic fee feature and move the fee slider to the middle (or to the right if you want faster confirmation time) for future transactions.

I have submitted your transaction to ViaBTC's accelerator. Wait a hour or two and your tx should be confirmed (maybe faster than that).
