Were you just experimenting with Electrum or something? Huh
He might have been looking for a wallet to store his coins and figured Electrum should do the job. I am afraid that he created a watch-only wallet since it shouldn't really be that complicated to select an UTXO from the coins tab, or just go to the send tab, enter the address, amount, fee, and proceed from there.

Regardless, OP hasn't written anything for 9 days. He was on the forum 4 days ago probably checking this thread, but he didn't say anything. He either figured out what to do or he came to terms with the fact that he lost his coins.

So I am new to the electrum community and recently opened a wallet and I believe I transferred my Bitcoin from coinbase wallet to electrum wallet and now I'm really confused as to what I have to do to get it to transfer it out of the electrum wallet.
So ya I'd like to add it to the remainder of my crypto which I have in Coinbase.
I'm somewhat confused... If you had the Bitcoin in Coinbase... and you wanted to add it to the remainder of your crypto in Coinbase... why did you transfer it to Electrum in the first place??!? Huh Were you just experimenting with Electrum or something? Huh

So ya I'd like to add it to the remainder of my crypto which I have in Coinbase. I have quite a bit there so it made sense.
You'll need to open your Coinbase account, go to the option to deposit bitcoin, and copy the address which they provide you with. Go to the send tab in Electrum as described above and paste in the address you copied from Coinbase. Manually check the entire address to make sure it is exactly the same as the one being shown to you by Coinbase. Then hit "Max" to send all your funds, then hit "Pay" to select an appropriate fee and finalize the transaction.

If you are not in a desperate rush, then given the mempool is frequently emptying out at the moment, choose the minimum fee of 1 sat/vbyte to save as much money as possible.

Also, reconsider your decision to store all your coins on Coinbase, since by storing all your coins on a custodial exchange you don't really own your coins, but all you really own is an IOU from Coinbase.

You believe you did Huh There either was a transaction or there wasn't. Judging by the next sentences in your post, there was.

When I open the electrum app I have my default wallet and another wallet which contains my Bitcoin. It says I have 1.1912 mbtc.
Do both wallets contain a total of 1.1912 mBTC or is the entire balance in the other wallet?

I believe it's about 80 bucks.
It's around $75 due to the drop in value that happened yesterday.

So ya I'd like to add it to the remainder of my crypto which I have in Coinbase. I have quite a bit there so it made sense.
Please don't transfer any more bitcoin to your Electrum wallet until it's clear that you didn't create a watch-only wallet, and that you can move the coins that are already there.

-snip- When I open the electrum app I have my default wallet and another wallet which contains my Bitcoin. It says I have 1.1912 mbtc. I believe it's about 80 bucks. But for the life of me I cannot figure out how to move it out of there.
I believe you're aware of the 'send' tab since it's pretty much fool-proof and you've managed to send from Coinbase to Electrum.
So what's the actual issue? Can't send the full balance when sending it out; or Cant send at all?

What's written inside the '[]' after your main wallet's 'wallet name' in Electrum's title bar?
[2fa], [imported, watching only], [standard, watching only] or [standard]?

copy the wallet you want transfer to > press send > paste the wallet > press send and confirm with your Electrum password
Correction: Wallet = Address

Here is a detailed guide on how to send bitcoin using Electrum:
How to send bitcoins using Electrum
The screenshots used on the guide are for V 4.0.1 but the steps are almost the same for all other versions.

If you are stuck at the confirm transaction step because the "Send" button is grayed out, then your problem is that you are using a watch-only wallet (you can verify this from the title bar).

What actually do you want to do with your Electrum wallet with funds of 1.1912 mbtc do you want to transfer it again to another wallet?

You can just simply go to send tab and paste the Bitcoin address if where you want to send them and click pay and then adjust the transaction fee so that it won't stuck too long on the mempool.

Get the recommended transaction fee here https://mempool.space/

So I am new to the electrum community and recently opened a wallet and I believe I transferred my Bitcoin from coinbase wallet to electrum wallet and now I'm really confused as to what I have to do to get it to transfer it out of the electrum wallet. I am completely new to this and I am learning as I go but not very computer savvy. When I open the electrum app I have my default wallet and another wallet which contains my Bitcoin. It says I have 1.1912 mbtc. I believe it's about 80 bucks. But for the life of me I cannot figure out how to move it out of there. I took screen shots of my initial screen when I go to my wallet in electrum so I could share it but I don't understand so I thought maybe somebody could help me with what I'm doing. I don't know how to attach those pictures to my post if somebody can help me figure that out I would be happy to do so so maybe somebody can get an idea of what I'm talking about. I appreciate any help anybody is willing to give me.
