There is, but you need to get the documents they have requested. If they want a SS then it's game over.

Using a paypal like how the OP has is suicide.

i think forget about that account until the original person who created that account verify with original documents, bank account and with personal phone number then they lift that limited status, so it looking impossible to get normal status with any other way.

No Credit card and bank account linked into that account, I think it's unverified account that max amount to receive or send is $100. Just forget it and create a new account with your real name.
