I take that back, I swapped it using trust wallet, and it took the ether for the fee but it never swapped it, can anyone explain?

So here's the ether address: 0x7D48616179b2aaF1916869Fe6C765862fc4B0043

I looked this address at etherscan.io and it still has about 449 USD of SNX tokens (18,87 SNX):

https://etherscan.io/address/0x7D48616179b2aaF1916869Fe6C765862fc4B0043

So I went ahead and sent the rest of the ether to cover the gas charge for converting the snx to ether, however, instead of converting it, it just took most but not all of the ether from the wallet. Can someone please explain to me what happened? Besides the obvious, I want to know exactly how it went down, obviously I dont know much but I am trying to learn. Please save comments that are unhelpful to yourself. I know I got got, and since I paid I want to know exactly how. Thank you for any serious answers

I guess you have nothing to worry about?

Looks like you paid $ 12 ETh in transaction fees, very common fee these days..

Transaction Fee:
0.006799419 Ether ($12.35)

Ok, so I might have been got, but I want to know how and I want to know how I can know this before I make a deal. (Of course I realize now if its sent to me, this would never happen but hindsight 20/20 and all).

So here's the ether address: 0x7D48616179b2aaF1916869Fe6C765862fc4B0043

So I bought the SNX from a terrible person, but at the time I thought he was a friend. Maybe he still is, that's not yet determined. Anyways. So it had $450 or so worth of SNX, and before I made the deal, I sent a few bucks of ether to the wallet because I've seen trap wallets that suck the ether out soon as you put it in, and the few bucks sat there for a day or two untouched.
