Is your power supply powerful enough?
I just got a 290 and I am trying to get it up and running. I installed the latest AMD drivers for the card and started playing around with the settings in cgminer. At intensity 14, I can get about 627kh/sec. However, according to the hardware comparison wiki I should easily be getting 800-900 with this card. almost every config I have seen posted for a 290 has the intensity set to 20 so I think that may be why. BUT, if I go to intensity 15 after a few seconds my screen goes dark, then the monitor says no input, and I have to hold the power button on the tower to manually shut down and reboot my rig. Help??
