Need Help With Unconfirmed Transaction

Seems odd that I'm getting so many unconfirmed transactions while still being able to send bitcoins. Can anybody explain or help? It's odd cos :

1.One of the transactions is getting 0% network propagation but then it's getting Estimated Confirmation Time:Very Soon (High Priority)
