you can tryour pool to see how much you get hash all detail is there in pool ..i mean monero pool

Claymore's miners are best for almost every algorithm. You can find them here in Mining (Altcoins) Section. They are free to download but there is fee if you are using them. Setup and everything else is explained in their thread
Claymore recommend using 15.12 drivers on his thread so have you tried that ? If you had this issue it's most likely not due to miner software since you say even windows cannot recognize your cards.
