If it's the rule that says you have to wait a few hours before you can start posting,maybe that's the case.I can't think of another one.

Before joining any forum. Understand the newbie readme.

You have to wait for 4 hours with atleast 1 post in the newbie section.

Once you're a Jr. member you will be able to post on their sub forums.

Whats the point having a forum new people can't bloody reply/post in! What are the requirements as I can not see them!
