Using joomla 3+ need this site to look like the same as the demo; after installing it doesn't show this way

If you bought the demo template, you should have some sample data which comes with it. Inject those data into your database. It will look the same as the demo.
I normally edit the demo data with real data to get the same look.

Also try checking the package you bought because usually there are sample contents that needs to be edited to the last bit.
