specifically setting it up.

too lazy to make it a commercial service, im only sitting on a very speedy cable connecti
i'll see if i can get my hands on some dedicated servers if this is a high-demand service

current uptime is around 97%

No need, I'll get you a VPS to set this up on.

I'll also pay you a larger amount, since this is going to involve a setup etc we can negotiate the fee and arrangements.

pm me your email and I'll send you the server login details in the next few hours.

gotcha, how much btc are we looking at here?

expect something in the next 18 hours or so (sleep(2am here), and work)

Probably looking at around 0.5btc per month, have you already got this service set up or are you going to specifically set it up?

If it's option 2 then I think you should add yourself to the vpn services page on the wiki, you'd be the only L2TP/IPSec VPN available (you could specifically target droids).

i'll see if i can set something up.

you are using this to proxy to the internet right?

Yes, mainly to connect to the non-Chinese Android market as they're blocked here.

how much bandwidth do you need?

and what android version?

Bandwidth would be tops 2Gb per month (probably a good bit less than this though), Android version Gingerbread.

Just as the title says, looking for a vpn service that does L2TP/IPSec and isn't blocked from China.
