It does looks like his account is farmed and it seem like he is only tryin to sell his account fast. Posts are mostly or should I say, almost all in the games and rounds section. If this account is held as collateral then I don't think it can easily be sold to cover up for the loan if ever he defaults.
Fact that op is new here and already has a member account doesn't make sense to me. Bought account? Anyhow your loan would he funded by the above noob as he doesn't have any idea about asking for signed messages. You are most likely to default the loan.
