how ownership or future proof of income gonna help lender in case user default
a valid collateral is something that is controlled by either escrow or me & can easily sold to cover the loan amount in case he defaults.

But of course, the accounts could go for higher if you're lucky.

if your full member account for collateral is same the account you posted then
a newly full member account and 3 member accounts are not enough for your loan
collateral value must be minimum 120% of repay amount, and these accounts are not worth 0.30BTC
