I personally can't fulfil this loan in any case, but I would post a specific message from that account (e.g. "My bitcointalk account username is frankmb") and link to that tweet, to better assure people that you actually have valid collateral. I don't know enough about Twitter account valuation, however, so I'm not sure if it's sufficient collateral.
