Scammers are not banned here. Think of how much effort would have to go into deciding who is a scammer. The mods would be cops not mods. Just remember that most loans are scams and avoid them altogether.

It doesn't matter for how much you purchased your those altcoins. The matter is the current price and its price and market stability
According to current market rate your 248000 digieuro only Worth's 0.052 btc maximum

And one can only be able to lend you maximum of 0.03 btc with that collateral which is 30 times lower than your asked amount
