Your collateral is not valid, you can easily recover your account in ebay by contacting the support there, and your bitcointalk account is worthless. Provide any valid collateral if you like to get this loan seriously.

Sorry your ebay account is not a valid collateral because it can not be resold if you default and you can get it back very easy if you call or e-mail them
Please get something that can be easy resold if you default on the loan, if it's a physical item try to find a lender in your area or simple as friends and family to lend you 20$
