The lender or the escrow will decide where btc address.. He can use his own address ..

And that will be only final when they send email that my account is now verified at the same time you response to them they will ask you what widrawal system you prefer to use.. Also at the same time they will send the money..

Presumably then, if the OP were to default on his loan, the lender wouldn't be able to withdraw the $150 straight away either, so I see now why it isn't valid collateral.
