This isn't a BTC loan necessarily since -even in the best case- you are selling the BTC for USD to cover the tuition funds, if you have any serious collateral you can just go to any bank branch and do it or even if you have good credit, otherwise this isn't actually getting any interest here IMO.

Seriously, the statement you made is stupid. This is the online world. We arent a bank, and there is no real way to guarantee payment. There is no valid way to verify your identity and if it was valid, we wouldnt know if its yours or a stolen id (which is likely the case).

With that said, the statement you made tells everyone that you have no intent to even repay. It would not worth trying to sue you, even though I doubt the proof you provided is real or yours. You should be smart enough to know when no means no. Go to a bank for a loan or ask your family for one. Tell them the same thing after you get the money and see what happens from there because you know, "everyone wins!" Now if you dont want to give up, then keep trying but I bet you after the time period, you will likely still be trying to pull the same old stunt with a different excuse. If you were serious, you would go to a bank, a family member, or if you really want to use online, use a p2p lending site like btcjam, or whatever else. Not here.

No one will help you. We cannot guarantee you will pay your loan. We don't care if you borrowed from the mafia and you were able to pay it. The point is you don't even offer up valid collateral. Student loans don't require you collaterals because they know who you are and it's government provided. Loans here are provided by lenders own pocket so why would they want to require your identity if that is not even worth the loan you are asking?
Ask your family or relatives for a loan not strangers on the internet.

Student loans are very safe because they are for students. I can't get rid of my loan even in Bankruptcy.

Can you help me out?

I can use multiple lenders if that helps spread the risk around.

how could that be enough? is your pictures and contact email worth 10k USD? why not tell us you have plan to buy google company in 6 months and after that you will be able to pay the lender the whole amount.

Your name address and resume does not secure a repayment so it is not a valid collateral.
If you are looking for a tuition loan why not ask the government or something, isn't there a student loan in countries like in US or something?
