I think this guy don't need this loan anymore because he post that request almost 1 week ago and don't come back to give more information about it.
He also were active these last days but don't come in here, which make me think he doesn't need it anymore.

If he doesn't need this loan anymore, he have to lock this thread or at least post a comment here that he don't need anymore this loan, especially as you noticed he were active in this forum last days

He mentioned Capital this means this isn't a micro thing. I can sense this is more than 1btc.

Hello, I need a bitcoin loans with low interest rates, is there any here who would like to lend a bit of capital Bitcoin to me.  Grin

How much loan do you need? I am offering short term Micro loans.  Here is my thread if you are looking for just a micro loan.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/short-term-micro-loans-1221065

Also please state the reason, and how long are you planning on loaning. I have different interest rates depending on how long is the repayment date but I offer loan for as low as 5% and I can even give it sometime for interest free if I think the person is trustable enough.

@amrulshare, please provide answer to these question's

"You need to state the amount of the loan you are interested in receiving.
You need to state what is the reason for this loan, because right now it just seems like it's for no reason.

Can you provide an old signed address associated with this account?
Can you provide any collateral?

When do you plan on repaying?

How much interest are you planning to pay?
"

I may consider giving out some coin for trade if, you are reason are geniue

try using this template of zazarb so it will be easy for lenders to know more about your loan request than posting a message with almost no information just an intent.
Code:
[b]Loan Amount:[/b]
[b]Reason for Taking out a Loan:[/b]
[b]Amount to be repaid:[/b]
[b]Repayment Date:[/b]
[b]Type of Collateral:[/b]
[b]Bitcoin Address:[/b]
