There is actually an option to refinance your loan in btcjam, all you need is a single click there but the fact that you are seeking the loan here rather than there actually trigger a red flag which means your reputation is bad there and your "refinance loan" wont be filled up or that you wish to scam here and not to tarnish your reputation there

It depends, if someone is intested in your collateral then they might give you your loan. but most user here dont accept domain nAmes as collateral

Well, we do.... but most domain names presented as collateral are not worth anywhere near what the person wants for it...

So I can transfer my domains to other namecheap account. It's not a problem for me. Or I can simply provide login/pass from my namecheap account.

You see, I want to loan only 0.1BTC for now. I do not need 3BTC (as in 1st post).

and you can only borrow if you have valid collateral , which I know you didnt have it
