Since you're not a new "newbie" I suggest you to read  this first https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/edu-the-rule-of-no-collateral-no-loan-ignore-at-your-own-risk-577765
Secondly lock this topic as soon as you read this to have your account safe from getting a negative feedback.

I need a loan of about $2500  (in BTC). I need this loan to pay my outstanding bill before the semester begins (this sunday) I am receiving money back from taxes in early February. I can notarize a document with an agreement between between myself and whoever decides to lend to me if they would like that as a form of collateral. I can offer about $150 in interest (about 5%) + the original borrowed amount (will repay the amount based on USD value at the time). If you prefer to lend to me via paypal, I am open to that as well since they have a dispute process. Please message me or post if you need more details or have any questions. Here is my BTC address: 19ioDyLvwLWQhqvRrim4BF7qMDtey1kgVE
