Guys, not waste your time, OP will tell you that you need to go first, when you ask about escrow he says that he has no funds to pay for escrow, after he offers onevanilla card that got 6$ inside and claiming a 16$ refund will be on the card soon, when you ask about bitcoins he say oh he has spent them already, he only try to trick you in sending first.
I know how this would have ended, in the case i would have gone first he would tell me, oh sorry i have spent my coins already.

Since you are looking for a specific country, I would suggest to have a look in the Local boards ( DO NOT POST SESC LINKS #5) where you will find members from the specific country you are looking for. As there are many country and language specific boards in the Local section, you can move this thread there for a better exposure I would advise.
