His post is so confusing I can't really recognize what he wants to say or purpose on this? First, why he would be needing a middleman on cashing out even he can do it by himself. And yeah, he is trying to convince us visit the site but it seems suspicious, better to ignore this one.

he just wanted to get traffic to his site, so many threads in services right now in this visiting a specific site for registration or any other reasons in diverting the fact to earning, I think he is the same person with different multiple accounts.
Avoid to visit his site people.

What's the reason why you still need to have an escrow for this if you only have to withdraw your money there? Kindly give more details. Looks like suspicious.
