If your goal is to trick a lender into sending the ETH for gas upfront and taking the ~$20 after fees as profit, I don't think that will work here

With current gas fees, it will cost around $32 ETH in gas to make an ERC20 token transaction. Thus, your loan doesn't really make any sense for you or any lenders, as you would need the $32 to send the SHIB to a lender which you don't have.
