Common with scammers lately. Not accusing him of being a scammer but be careful! He did leave positive feedback for blackmage before all this happened.

There are plenty of trusted members here willing to buy BTC for paypal. Only problem is none of them will send first to a new member, especially one with possible fake trust.
If you're in the US bitsimple.com is a much better option. Still some fees but pretty sure it doesn't go over 5%.
virwox taking too much fees just because of this most of members don't like this site
