i can help with simple faucet or you can choose template what you like (templates i will show in pm) , what you need only hosting , domain name and some money for the service because not free to make it.
In case you haven't made a deal with anyone I could do this for you. I use to operate a faucet rotator in the past and could make you one together with logo and color designs for your respective site (a simple rotator with some tweaking).
