If you are not a domainer you should not take domains as collateral. A true domainer knows the domains value and how to sell it.
Take the lesson learned by one of the lenders here who took domains as collateral last year and until now he is still having a hard time selling those domains to recover the loss since the borrower did not payback.
Who knows if those domains are even transferable.
He wouldn't be here if they weren't... probably.
Those domains don't seem like very valuable domains that someone would be willing to risk defaulting a loan over - EcuaMobi's domain default is still fresh on most people's minds.
Unfortunately,those are not valid collateral accepted here especially from a newbie account.Who knows if those domains are even transferable.Though I don't think its a bad deal if you can transfer the ownership of all of them before the loan is sent.Let's see if it works out here.
