what currency do you have and where is your banking located?

there's okcoin.com, not .cn, which is for foreigners but they may have the same banking problems as bitfinex.

HODLing is an art, not just a word...
for bitcoin you can use any of your 3 giant exchanges: OkCoin, Huobi, and the other one i forgot. they resumed their operations apparently.
you can also use localbitcoins if you don't want to give them any personal information and buy with cash from there.
then you can use that bitcoin to buy ethereum from bittrex which doesn't ask for verification if you are withdrawing less than $2000 daily.

there are also 2 more places called btc-e and c-cex which neither ask for verifications.

Hello,

I am currently living in China and looking for an exchange on which one i can buy with bank transfer Bitcoin et ETH.

I found some like bitfinex / coinbase but they ask utility bills which I do not get (i only got bank statement/passport so far).

I would need to buy around 60K of BTC and ETH but do not find any exchange with fast validation process accepting expats living in China.

Would you have some recommendation?

Thanks
