How do you know they don't have any admin panel? Usually these websites do not have the admin login page clearly visible, instead they have an unlisted link they directly visit to login. e.g. www.icowebsite.com/admin.php
Is the admin panel is needed for any ICO? I saw many ICO sites but its have not any admin panel. can someone tell me about that? I am still in confusion.
in my opinion, we don't need any admin panel for ICO. just mention your eth address on site and tell to investors send BTC/etc to this address. and you will get tokens in myetherwallet.
and another question is that what needs are required in back-end development of any ICO site.
