i tried each board they dont flash blue ever they just stay solid red

I have same issue before
One of hashboard is dead , you need to unplug power of each hashboard to test & see which one and remove the dead one

Please post the kernel log (I think it's has a different name on the Baikal Giant) as well as a screenshot of the miner status page, saying they "will not hash" without enough explanation will unlikely yield any proper answers.
You're more likely to get better answers if you posted this on the Mining[1] section instead.

i have a baikal gaint B have search tons for answers and hopefully someone can help me. the miner will not hash. says miner started but the screen shows nothing running i have all red lights. what i have done. ive tried 3 different orange pi's 2 different sd cards also tried different control boards. have bk-x's they will connect to pool so i know its not a switch either or maybe it is im open to any ideas.
