Do you put the ad script on the config.php or directly put it into the templates? Try to find or something similiar on the templates, it's takes the value of ad variable that you put in config.php

The problem is that when i applying the ad code into it then it is visible in four places (200x200).
and another (468x60) is appearing on the screen twice

please fix if you can.
