Thanks @valantin68, but we still cannot read the text. Isn't there any armenian person in forum?? A person who knows armenian is needed. 
I'm Romanian, not Armenian, but I have done even Chinese-> English transations as they said using google translate. If you do not have the digital document, try to OCR it online (http://www.newocr.com/), if not give me in a PM what you have to translate. I'll try to help you, though I do not know armenian.
