Oh cmon, all I wanted to say in general is that for buying in belgian store you need belgian credit card, to buy in us store you need us credit card etc..., so changing ip won't help me.

But I'm not from Belgium and I don't use iTunes, so I can't help either. And you want .mp3? I always thought the format used on iTunes was/is .m4a?
