I would like to buy nessus scanner it cost about 1500$/year and you can only pay it via CC and must fil the right info, name associated to the credit card however it wont work.

Credit card wont be stored in nessus store, they use "Authorize.Net" as payment and i am ready to use escrow.

I can do this, if we use escrow, or you send btc first. And I will have to check out their docs first to make sure my cc won't be stored.

You could potentially create a VCC that is associated with your credit card. I know that BOA offers this service for free I know, but not all vcc work with online payment, like its very hard to find VCC that work with paypal ect..
I am scared to buy a vcc for nothing.
