I was unaware of the fact that this is a contest and OP will select the best design out of many provided.
I thought I got the task to do solo, OP you should have state this beforehand, now I feel like I wasted
some time on designing that thread of yours.

I guess you need a simple Image probably Large size with all your service details but I could be wrong.
