I haven't experienced this problem with yahoo. Well with the keyword, as cissrawk suggested they can't simply recognize the device that you are using.
Are you using a smartphone upon trying to access with your yahoo mail? Try to login with other device, that's what I can think of a solution for now.
And if there is still something wrong and you're not able to gain access with it, inform us again with what the error says.
I've already logged in to another device but it's still the same. I just need my twitter account to retreived, but I can't to login because I need to change password through email verification. Is there another way to get my Twitter account back, I've contacted twitter, they said that my account may be compromised by a user or a service not associated with Twitter and i need to change my password.
Have you ever tried to log in with the same password on your twitter account? Do you have any progress on your problem regarding your account out there?
What does the twitter management tells you about your problem? Usually on what device are you trying to log in with your twitter account?

My problem has not been resolved yet. Twitter says that my account has been compromised so I need to change the password and they will emailed to me. That twitter campaign. BTW, twitter campaign I made before my account was compromised.

I have the same issue recently, I just try to use the device that's already login to my yahoo account, do you have a phone or device that you use before in order to log in to your yahoo mail?Thank you. Will try this one.
