I hate to be the stereotypical snobby "noob" who thinks he is "pro". Looking at my account activity you may not be too impressed, but if you judge by that then, truly, you are the "noob".

Most of what you're looking for can be found on Google.

1. You don't need to buy a VPS for anonymity. The whole point of Tor is to be anonymous through the Tor network.
2. You don't need to buy an .onion domain. You don't pay for those. They are randomly generated.

Get Linux. Windows is not an option if you want to be anonymous (seriously, I know people who hold low-level jobs with Microsoft and even they can testify you barely have any anonymity with Windows).

Here's some tutorials I found that might be of use to you:

Thank you OmegaSquadTeemo for this helpful post i learned something new.
Totally agree with you Linux is the best option for things related to privacy & anonymity . so with Linux you are safe and your coins are safe and you are truly hidden , just you need to read and practice more.

There are a couple of tutorials only which describe it very well. Nevertheless, I could tech you.
What kind of communication do you prefer? Email or Skype? Unfortunately the Tor Messenger is ready to use productive yet :/

first off i would rather buy a vps with bitcoins, that will give me some anonymity for a start,

i can get a linux vps if needed (its also helpful, i wont need my laptop/s to be powered on at all time then)

LAMP - ill do my research today
Configure Tor? i thought it configures auto

i also know i need the Tor Bundle.

Debian up and running? means install debian on the vps maybe?

Frankly, I've never dealt with a VPS but it couldn't be much different than a non-virtual private server. Linux is the only choice here, if anonymity is your concern Windows isn't an option. Are you familiar with SSH? Also, is your local machine Linux or Windows? If Windows, I can't help you with what cli software to use (last I used was cygwin a long time ago, unsure if still valid), or maybe it'd be better to use a VM with a Linux os. That's your choice.

LAMP is nothing special, just Linux server with Apache, PHP, MySQL. You'll need at least Linux+Apache to run Tor, which yes will need some configuring to get working a-ok. Debian is merely a suggestion, based on personal experience.

Here's the link to the TorBB https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en

what i want to know is :

what do i need to buy? vps or something?
how to get a .onion domain
how to host it

You don't necessarily need to buy anything if you already have hardware available or a VM. Basically you need to learn how to set up LAMP, and then install and configure Tor. If you can get Debian up and running, I can provide some assistance with having it host a hidden service.

I'd prefer to say i know nothing so that i can learn again from start.

i would like from lesson 0 to wherever it reaches.

It'll be quite the challenge for someone who doesn't know anything. Do you know how to install an operating system? Do you have a working knowledge of the bash environment? I wouldn't mind helping, but unfortunately don't have the patience to teach someone to walk.

for a start i need someone to teach me how to set up a website on Tor, what i need and how to do it.
I know how to set up hidden services,

I know Linux, no Windows. What do you know already? You need to know how to run server software, like apache.

Tell us what you know, it'll be easier to get a feel for where you need coaching.
