It is obviously scam attempt of you. Once you get login details you will get pass phrase of bitcoin and private key of ethereum. So, if you are legit try to use your own account if you have no document to proof identity then use any of your family member's document.

Well, considering the fact that you can get the wallet's private key when you log in the account, do you think someone will do that? Also, with your account's negative trust for a scam attempt. Big NO.WARNING : if you give your account details, you're giving your private key as well.
