HabBear, thank you very much for your interest. Unfortunately, I just moved all of my funds out of my PayPal account. I have decided to pursue my needs in another fashion. Moderator, feel free to delete this topic.

I tried to find online merchants on localbitcoins and paxful but unfortunately, no merchant is actively selling bitcoins using the circle (There are couple of advertisements on localbitcoins but those are disabled at the moment so you can try later). I would advise you to cash out your circle funds in any way and the buy bitcoins with that fund directly.

Okay. Thanks for the reply. Do you know of any exchanges that allow payment through Circle?

Send me $50 via paypal and I'll send you $50 of bitcoin - exchange price from the date and time the paypal transaction is cleared to me. If the exchange is successful (there's no reason it shouldn't be) I'll also ask you leave me positive trust equal to the amount of the transaction.

If this works for you, PM me and we can talk details.

They used to be. They stopped offering that service around December.
