This is difficult. You want to pay with a reversible payment method and you want the $50 sent to your Skrill account sent first.
I'm not sure if you will find willing first-senders here with Skrill funds sent upfront and no escrow. Escrow is useless anyway in this scenario with PayPal being reversible.

i can help. But how do I trust you ? I have some funds in my skrill. As far i understood, you need skrill and you will pay by paypal. But I want BTC/ETH. I can pay by skrill to your skrill account but I have no paypal. And I can not open account in paypal due to country's law and financial regulation. If you can pay me by any good crypto , i will give you skrill
